
The
myCATAS area is enriched with a long-requested feature: it is finally possible to
manage the records of multiple companies with a single account.Each myCATAS account could only be linked to one company (understood as a legal entity). This limitation created several complications in cases where the same person managed activities related to several companies, for example:
- a technician or contact person who follows several companies belonging to the same industrial group, all of which subscribe to CATAS
- a company absorbed by another (both CATAS customers), where the user still wishes to continue accessing the document history of the incorporated company
- a company that changes its company name and VAT number: in essence it remains the same, but formally becomes a new entity.
In all these cases, the only solution was to create separate accounts with different email addresses, making it more complex for the user to operate.
Now the same user can be enabled to manage
multiple companies within a single myCATAS profile.To enable this option, a request must be sent to
[email protected].Each request will be evaluated by our staff to ensure proper access management.
