Do the CATAS reports have legal value in case of legal disputes?
It should be stressed that CATAS tests represent only the last step of the procedures that must be followed for the legal recognition of the laboratory results. It is therefore of fundamental importance to know and respect such procedures to not invalidate all the document for "Formal" mistakes.
