Regulation No. 995/2010, also called due diligence, covers a wide range of goods and products such as wood and its derivatives. The complete list is found in the annex of
EU Regulation 995 of 2010 EUTR, which also reported the list of products in the wood sector on which, to date, the regulation does not apply. The wood and the products derived from it "used", ie those that have completed their life cycle and would otherwise be disposed of as waste, are excluded from the Regulation.
