B2) For the fire prevention, in which area are ministerial procedures prescribed?
In activities such as, for example: - local entertainment and public entertainment; - business accommodation tourist hotel; - hospitals, nursing homes; - retirement homes for the elderly people; - school buildings; - nurseries; - sports facilities; - buildings of historic and artistic interest intended for museums, galleries, exhibitions, exhibitions, libraries and archives; - office buildings; - business areas; - airports. These activities, above certain thresholds, are subject to the control of the Fire Department and are governed by specific fire prevention ordinances.
