No, both the test certificate and the approval must also refer to the use of the finished product. In this case we are in the presence of three different applications and therefore three certifications and three approvals are required even if the tested material is the same. The situation is different if the manufacturer does not intend to apply for approval to the Italian Home Office. It is enough to carry out the tests on the model panel and the obtained class will be referred to the panel, not necessarily to the finished product.
