(FAQ last update: 24 agosto 2020)

With regard to formaldehyde, the emissions of finished wood panels are expected to be less than 50% of the E1 classification limit indicated in the UNI EN 13986 annex B.
The test results are considered compliant when the formaldehyde value is less than or equal to:
- 0.062 mg / m3 or 0.05 ppm when determined with the method of UNI EN 717-1;
- 1.75 mg / m2 h, when determined with the method of UNI EN ISO 12460-3;
- 4.0 mg / 100 g for particleboard (PB), fiber (MDF) and OSB when determined with the method of UNI EN ISO 12460-5.

Products certified F **** according to the JIS A 1460 standard (Dryer method) or according to any other certifications that ensure emissions lower than those required by this criterion are presumed to be compliant.
