For some time now CATAS has implemented a system to analyse the customers’ satisfaction for our services.
One of the object of less satisfaction is about the lead time to obtain the test reports
. This time might be determined by the actual duration of the test, in which case no margin of improvement is practicable; or it might depend on the testing capacity.
CATAS invests constantly on new equipment units to address these needs. Sometimes, though, the lead time is longer than necessary due to difficulties in processing the test order.
